Hello, nice set up. Did you build your speakers yourself? How much are the IPL kits?

Thanks for the welcome.My friend built the cyrus rack for me he just copied the offical one but made it deeper so i have room to fit bigger mains leads as the original racks are very tight fit.The turntable with a good record beats the 4 box cyrus spinner with ease

Danm right about the 401 being the better of the two - superb deck. How did you go about getting the plinth built? Custom or did you go to one of the Garrard specialists out there?

I built the plinth my self about 25 years ago.Made from 8 layers of mdf each layer cut to fit like a glove then i sprayed it black with a air gun that used a ford transit wheel as air source lol then sprayed with many coats of lacquer.Weights 24 kilo.All these years of so called audio advancements and my old turntable kicks the *** of my brand new 3 grand 4 box cd spinner and my old valve amp sounds so much better than my cyrus power amps its not funny.

If you haven't got a separate PSU for your Garrard I highly recommend getting one - the gains to be had are huge.
