New Denon Blu Ray Player

Not much to add, i'm afraid. When I last spoke to Denon about it there were no plans for an imminent UK release - the next big focus for them is the S series Tabletop wi-fi system.

A lot of the big-name brands seem to be holding back from heralded HD player releases until the specifications get sorted....

We'll know more in a week or so's time when we've spent some time getting full products updates at the Consumer Electronics Show.

And remember, if you buy an overseas-spec player, you'll need to get Blu-ray discs from that region, too - or there may be coding compatibility problems.

Thankyou Clare. I am aware of the region encodes on some releases with 50% of my BDs coming from the US. They seem to get better audio on alot of their discs.
