Neutral preamp with ht bypass

I`m looking for a neutral preamp with ht bypass, to integrate my rotel rsp1069 av preamp to a dedicated 2channel power amp. Any ideas?

The Leema Pulse can do that as can the Harman Kardon HK990 - it also can loop through a sub.
