Marantz NR1402 & XBox 360 rebooting

I have connected the Xbox 360 by HDMI to the game port on the Marantz Nr1402, and everything is fine until I want to switch off the Xbox. I power down the Xbox & then select another source ie Sat , as soon as I select another source it reboots the xbox and I have to physically turn off the Xbox by the switch on the front. Any ideas?

Have you got the HDMI control function set to on, if so set it to off and try the above again.

More details are in the user manual Pages 38 and 58 I think.
