Loss of picture during sky+ playback

When i watch a recording back on my sky hd box, it sometimes loses picture and the screen goes black for a few seconds then comes back. The av channel number comes up on the screen when this happens. Anybody had the same problem??

Try a planner rebuild, used to fix my playback problems when i had sky.......
