Linn Classik Music V Seperates

I was struggling to get a Cd and amp to go with my Acoustic Energy AE 209's with Linn cable. I tried many combinations up to £1500 including Arcam, Rotel, Marantz etc. I tried a Linn Classik Music today which is an all in one unit and was better than any of the seperates combinations I had tried....by a long, long way. Because they are being discontinued I got it for £800. I hope this helps anyone trying to pair up a CD and amp with a £1500 budget.

Welcome to Team Classik. Nice to see some fellow Linn Classik owners - You paid too one though as you can get them new for 650 quid. I paid 670 for mine in August.

Try adding an LK140 power amp to make the sound even more beefier. I have mine hooked up with one. It is killer. Another small tip I use to make sound better is pluggin covers on all the pre outs etc on the back. I find it helps the clarity.
