I have a new Panasonic 42px80 coming and I'm looking for a cheapish/half decent sound system to replace my 5/6 year old Sony Dav s550. Bluray is on the back burner till things settle and price drops, for the mean time an upscaler with optical in for my Sky+ will suffice

I'm edging towards the LG HT902PB any reasons why I shouldn't before I part with the money?
