Will placing my 46" Samsung F86 in a position where sunlight would be shining through the window onto it, affect it in any way. Talking about a maximum of 3 hours a day. And thats obviously on a good day. Trying to get my system in a position where the wife does not look at the television, look at me and then look at the knife rack. All replies will receive a present on the 25th of December of some sorts, possibly labeled "From Santa". Merry Christmas all

Dear Santa,

I thought there would be very little light at this time of the year in the North Pole. I'm sure Mrs Clause viewig experience won't suffer that much, but if it really does her head in, you can always mount your shiny new Samsung LCD on a motorise wall mount (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-WMN5090AE-XEC-Motorised-Mount/dp/B000R8VEE6), and change the viewing angle to suit her. Just ask Mrs Clause for your Xmas present this year. I'm sure she won't mind.

I have no clear answer for you, but will "reply" nonetheless as I am hoping to find a KDL 40 V3000 or W3000 under the xmas tree this year :)
