ATC's new curved SCM7 monitors and if budget allows and can accomodate them then the new curved SCM11 monitors are also worth a look. The ATC's with their closed box designs and a flat and honest presentation helps them to be placed close to walls without the low frequency in particular getting itself into a twist and losing control.

The New Neat Motive SX range, including SX1, 2 and 3 as previously labelled would be well worth considering. I'm expecting great things and should all be idea for your room and setup.

Well after much auditioning today, I made my choice. The kef r100s were great, eclipsed my ms avanio 1-xr by miles! Then the amp..... My marantz 6004 was much nicer than the roksan kandy k2, but change to the arcam a-19 and or seemed like a marriage made in heaven with the kef's. I heard stuff in tracks I'd never heard before despite listening to them for years!

Happy..... Even happier when they arrive. 🙂
