My Cambridge BT100 Bluetooth audio-receiver stopped working suddenly (no blue led when double clicking the device). It's only 4 years old and I hope I don't have to buy a new one. Is it possible to reset the device? I tried pushing the button already for 30 seconds, no luck. I connected the device directly on my cambridge amplifier cxa60 as well but again no luck.

thanks in advance,
Wim

Unfortunately, there is no documented method for resetting the Cambridge BT100 Bluetooth audio-receiver. Holding the button for 30 seconds is not a standard reset procedure. The lack of a blue LED suggests a hardware issue rather than a software problem. Contacting Cambridge Audio support for repair or replacement options is recommended.

I got rid of my BT100 and bought a iFi Zen Blue much better unit and it supports better Codecs which can improve the sound if you are using a decent source that also supports the Codecs and I also use the CXA60.
