How do I/or how can I watch the TV being played in my lounge to my TV in the kitchen??

Sounds like an oddball question I know, but I promise you it isnt. Unfortunately I lack the technical terminology and know how to put it more succinctly.

Basically where I live I have to have SKY as no other service works (due to being in a valley). I was wondering if there was anyway of being able to transmit (wirelessly) from my sky receiver/ AV receiver, or TV to the TV in the kitchen?

I have SKY HD 1TB, Onkyo TX-SR606 receiver, and a oldish (4-5yrs) Samsung LCD TV. TV in the kitchen is an old (10+yrs of age) DVD/TV combo block bits of kit, which may be upgrading in the near future to a smaller flat screen unit. So not sure if this would make things easier?

There are various videosenders on the market, but cannot you run an aerial lead from the lounge to the kitchen? If you use a magic eye you could even control the Sky box from the kitchen.
