Take up cycling or some other physical activity. It's then that you realise the benefits, and the cravings go away

....................................

I gave up smoking to get enough cash to buy my first bike........I was only a young lad and hadnt been on the weed for more than a year or so. Wasnt that hard, but giving up wasnt good for my health. Smashed the bike and me and have had problems ever since.....I am still off the weed but still love the bikes.....its in the blood. Some people never learn............

I still get cravings after 4 years off, particularly going to a pub. Eventually you will not associate the craving feeling with cigs. Just persevere, knowing the benefits and if it gets too much book a session with your local NHS smoking cessation. With the money you have saved buy a nice cable.

Or, for non cabloholics, go on a nice holiday to Australia.
