Looking to purchase a smart tv for my neighbour, who is 86 years old, that must have an inbuilt sat receiver so she can watch all the free to air UK channels here in Spain. It will be connected to the community satellite dish. Her budget is £250 or euros
She is not technically minded so looking for one that basically I can tune in and she can navigate the channels easily.
Don't need connection to the internet (I think she thinks the Internet is some sort of International spying system lol).
I have looked at a few TV The Hisense 40a5n1tuk 40ins and the Toshiba 40LV3463DG, but wondered if anybody had some recommendations please?

The LG C4 OLED TVs come in a range of sizes.
These also have built in Freeview satellite receiver and ethernet.
I think nearly all smart TVs will have internet connection. A lot of people subscribe to Sky, Netflix, Amazon, Disney et' al, hence the internet.
Your friend is right about the internet every one spies on you!

I'm sure I said her budget was 250 and the LG's are way out of that in fact that is the TV I have

Apologies my bad.
Currys have TVs under £250, check link below 😊👍

If you're not UK based Amazon online are selling the excellent TCL 43" 4K TV for a whisker under your friends budget

Yes I looked at the TCL but have not really heard of them before, but will have a good look at that TV. Was also looking at the Hisense 40A5NQ or Hisense 40A4N along with the Tosh 40LV3463DG and the Tosh 40LV3463DG all around her 250 price, but which one is the better option but I guess at her level there wont really be much difference to worry about.

Thanks
