Help needed for Panasonic TX32lxd60.

I have had a Panasonic TX32LXD60 for a little while now, but seem to be having problems with picture quality.

On SD the pq is very grainy and jaggy, while on HD through my PS3 and playing Blurays it is perfect.

I have used a THX disk and collaborated it on there but still not impressed.

Has anyone else had this problem?

What should I set the adjustments to?

I am currently using

Normal

70% Contrast

50% colour

30% sharpness

and PNR is off.

When you say SD do you mean connected to a broadcast channel or Sky Box or DVD player?
