Help me please Sony vs Panasonic

Hello people

This is my first post and i need some expert advice from someone who know`s what they are talking about

I have £1600 to spend

What i am looking for

Full 1080P, 40-42 Screen , Plasma or Lcd , 3 HDMI Ports , 24fps

I will be using product for watching and playing Playstation 3 , Football & other sports , Blu-ray films & HD dvd and Standard dvds

Lcd - Sony 40X3500

Plasma - TH-42PZ700PED & TH-42PZ70B

Simple. Go for the plasma - the Panasonic TH-42PZ70 is a fantastic TV, although it only has two HDMI sockets, so you'll need the PZ700 if you want three.
