Haymarket Subscribtions Offers

Can someone provide an estimate of when the AKG K451 headphones that came with subscriptions in March this year will eventually be sent out? I've asked several tiomes but told you are waiting for a new batch. I can understand a 1 or 2 month wait but 5 months is not acceptable. It's made worse by the complete lack of updates.

Please confirm when I will receive the headphones that were part of the contract your company took out when they accepted my money for a subscription. If this is not resolved satisfactorily - i.e. headphones sent to me, I will complain to trading standards.
