Well we've sent Tesco gazillions of bagged copies (with glasses) - how they choose to distribute them across their stores is, sadly, a mystery to me (involving complex algorithms said to feature in the next Dan Brown novel). But bigger Tesco stores are your best bet, I'd wager, to find the special, bagged issues.

Quick paranoid thought re wholesalers: just so I can double-check that your Tesco store wasn't sent, say, WHSmith copies, can you please let me know which Metro it was?

Is it only Tesco that has the Glasses? Went in to the one nearest work and they had no WHF on the shelf and customer service could not even tell me if they stocked it.

I was over the moon when I saw that there was a free gift with What
HiFi this month even more excited that it was a pair of THX optimisor
specs, weird too because I was looking on ebay for a pair the day
before!
The only downside is and I am wondering if anyone else
felt the same, I was really disappointed the only thing that I couldn't
change was ............... the page on me calibrating test disk that
needed the glasses noooooooooooo.
For Some reason my Sony 32 KDL32d3000 will only allow me to change the Hue if I am using NTSC input,
gutted!

Tint/hue isn't always an adjustable option, but it would be a very rare telly that doesn't have a colour option - which does require the glasses.

Can you please tell me which branches of Tesco you tried, so I can feed that info back to our circ. department?
As mentioned earlier, we know all stores have had their copies, complete with clear instructions re the on-sale date being yesterday - when they put them out, however, is up to them.

On a follow-up note... If you want the THX Optimiser glasses but can't find an issue in Tesco, we've secured some extra stocks, which are available for £6 (including postage and packing) from our subscription dept's eBay store here

OK cool I have just had a look at that and yes I do have colour settings that I have changed but its still not right, no matter how hard I try I can still see a line going through the middle of the the blocks (am using Star Wars Episode 2 clone wars) I am tumped by this I have the same problem on the telly upstairs too, I have calibrated my set as best I could and I want it better, am I doing something wrong here or am I being too picky??
