external soundcard questions

im spending all my time on my pc so next year im looking to have some pc speakers, my gaming headset and pick up some £50-100 headphones for music. So my question is there a usb sound card that i can plug into my pc which has 3 outputs that i can switch between.

Something like the E-MU 0204 might do, you only get one headphone output though. Could always unplug one and plug in the other?
