Does a 4mm Banana plug to BFA adapter exist?

The reason I ask is that I'm borrowing my mate's Cyrus amp and my speaker cable is terminated with airlock banana plugs at both ends. I don't want to have to cut the amp-end plugs off so was wondering if there was some sort of adapter that allowed standard 4mm banana plugs to fit in the BFA connector and then in the amp?
