My denon d-m37 dab cd tray automatically open itself when the unit is switched on.
I tried to reset the microprocessor and the issue remains.
Even if the source is set to tuner / usb, the cd tray would automatically open itself.
When the eject button is push, the tray is closed and the display says "close".
Although the pick up mechanism work, it wont load the cd, and few moments later, the tray opens again.
The same thing happen when the tray is empty or loaded with cd.
Occasionally, there is no problem with it. Im puzzled. Can any one advice me on this? Thank you and have a great day.
