If you are concerned then why not call the shop (or email them) to ask?

I'm sure they won't mind.

Anyway - FWIW - he last commented on a thread 12 days ago and was last 'seen' by the system 4 days ago.

Edited by mods: he may not want personal info on the forum so erring on side of caution and removing link

He disappeared around the time the Donald was elected.

Maybe he just 'melted'?
Gone to build a wall?
I'd predict a wall of sound, built using KEF LS50s...
Hmmm... a wall with a mediocre base and a brittle top...
That's not I heard when I listened to them. They obviously need a decent amplifier and source. Positioned well on decent stands. The bass isn't the deepest granted - but it is quite full and detailed.

The midband higher frequences are smooth, detailed and spacious. Not a trace of brittleness.

Good luck to David. Talked me through a speaker upgrade to some beautiful Totem Dreamcatchers. He was easy to talk to and full of advice. I hope that he enjoys his change of job and comes back here to save us HiFi buff-oons from our crazy choices.
