I like very much the Dragonfly sound and I have two black units that I've been using at home and on the road for lecturing. I bought a Red in order to try the improvements, but in a few days after a windows update it stopped working correctly - disappears from the system, hangs up the computer, and the like. Is anybody experiencing same problems, and is there a way out? Thanks for any help

Hello Francesco

This wouldn't be the first time that Windows Updates create carnage.

Are you able to obtain a list of the updates (KB references) that were installed last, so we can narrow down any potential update that you need to uninstall / rollback?

If you go to 'control panel' and 'windows update', you should be able to identify these from the update history.

I would also suggest you go to the motherboard manufacturer's website and find, download and install the latest chipset and USB drivers. If you are using a laptop, go to the laptop manufacturer's website.

thank you very much for all indications. My Zenbook has been checked through MyAsus and is up to the latest updates; but thanks to your suggestions I went to Windows update and I found yet another update that was not automatically installed, and now things SEEM to be back to normal....
