Chromecast??

According to the cyrus guy today it has ess sabre dacs, which are new tech. So good considering it’s size/price.

I thought CCA had an AKM4430 DAC definitely not ESS Sabre.

No it doesn’t seem to. But obviously it is opera and live stuff that highlights it.

If you find a device that does with Qobuz I’d like to know. I can get it on my Touch, but CCA is so easy.

I'm not sure if this new device would fit the bill, for streaming Qobuz gaplessly? It seems to tick all the boxes, but I'm struggling to find a UK dealer so I can try it out. It's nearly five times the price of the CCA too...

It does, but I can't find any information about whether or when this device will be available in the UK, so it's back to the drawing board.
