chord silver plus hdmi lead what way does the connection ends plig into?

hi, just got my new chord company 3 metre lead from my new whathifi subscription. the end connections are red and grey which end plugs into my bluray player or doesnt it matter which way they plug in.

Hi the people who make them recommend Gray to screen and Red to source. Of course they may be just making it up and actually there is no difference who knows.

Yes, red connects to the source according to Chord's website (although I can't understand how that can possibly make a difference to the picture or sound).

I have one of these as well, there are arrows on the cable showing the direction, Red connector in source (as already mentioned).

3 meter CHORD HDMI cable with a subscription sounds a good deal, when I last subscribed it was a 1.3 meter cable.
