Shame their stock/delivery are so poor nowadays, have stopped using them as they never seem to have stock or know when items will be in.

Have had several items that would have been popular only to find they went on to "pending despatch" for weeks on end. Since they have been taken over, it has all been down hill.

agreed, and the last 2 cd's i bought turned up with the cases completely smashed, guess thats what happens when they're shipped from the otherside of the world
