Cambridge Audio DACMagic stock update

Several of you have mentioned it being hard to track down a Cambridge Audio DACMagic - such is the popularity of this Award-winning box of tricks.

I've put this to Cambridge Audio, who firstly thank everyone for their enthusiasm for the product, and who secondly say they've flown in another interim batch (@60 units), which will be in Richer Sounds stores next week.

This will be followed by a far larger quantity of DACMagic units that should hopefully hit RS stores a few days before Christmas, though possibly between Christmas and New Year if they can't get them out to stores due to delivery issues in Xmas week.

As discussed in another thread, it seems Richer Sounds are also shipping units between stores, so if your local RS is out of stock, ask if they can get you a DACMagic from another store.

Thanks for the update Clare. You're quite right that Richer Sounds will ship between stores... although I was told mine was coming '...from our warehouse'.

Either way, I pick mine up on Monday afternoon and I'm rather giddy (still working on ways to justify the purchase to the wife!!).
