Beyer A200p stopped working with phone

Am really p***** off after the kit kat upgrade on my galaxy S3 as the digital audio out using an otg cable has stopped working, rendering the beyer dac amp obsolete overnight. I've checked the settings use external speakers when docked, and nothing. Any ideas? Apart from get a new phone?

Check Astell/Kern also since they make the A200 for Beyer.

I've sent an email to my man at Beyer Dale, will report back if he can shed any light on it.

They don't work with a new Xperia Z3 either, unless I've missed something really obscure in the phone settings menu. TBH I'm also a little disappointed with the phone headphone amp output, the DT880s are way too much for it. The Samsung tab pro is much more powerful.
