Better at DVD upscaling - Sony BDP-S360 or Pioneer BDP-320?

From the current SA edition of WHF it appears the BDP-320 is available here.

So,

1. Will it be better than the Sony at upscaling?

2. Will it be wasted on a 5 series Samsung full HD LCD?

1) Yes, the Pioneer is better than the Sony at upscaling (though the Sony is excellent for the money!)

2) What size of set? 40in+ and you should notice the difference - plus, of course, the Pioneer will give you an extra Blu-ray boost, too.
