Best upgrade for current setup

Hi,

I have been searching the forums extensively the last couple of weeks, but have not come to a conclusion yet.

My current system contains of:
Macbook Air > MF V-DAC > Naim XS Amp > Driade Speakers

What would be the better upgrade:
- Replace standard USB cable with Hiface Evo to Macbook / PC output and connect Hiface with V-DAC
- Replace V-DAC with Rega DAC

I will probably move to a better DAC (Naim or equal) in a 5-6 months from now, but as I have purchased the Naim XS recently (and budget is around 500-600 euro) aiming for another incremental upgrade.

Enjoy your system for a while. I think it's crazy to buy an interim DAC if you're going to change it in 5-6 months.

I agree with the others - save your money. What is wrong with the V-Dac you think? Some would also say buy a better PSU for it would help. I would be interested to hear about the difference.
