Please help. How do I connect banana plugs to my NAD C355BEE amp? They don't seem to slot in anywhere although the manual suggests that 'pins' go down the centre of the binding posts.

You need to remove the little plastic plugs in the middle of the binding posts.

Due to EU regs, binding posts are fitted with 'bungs'. You need to remove the bungs with a small flat blade screwdriver or needle nose pliers.

Yup; just use the tip of a blade or even your finger nails (be careful though as the cap top is a little sharp)

Pop them out and slide the banana plugs in
