AV amp for Mission Cinema 7

Hi all.

My AV amp Sony STR-DB930 is slowly dying, so I need a new sub £500 one (or quite near).
It was bought in 2000 (yeap... long time ago) along with a Mission Cinema 7 package (773e, 77Ds, 77c1).

Due to financial issues, I don't want to change the speakers, so I need something that works fine with'em.

What would be your recommendations?

Look at the BK Electronics website. They manufacture the 'Monolith', highly regarded by many. Before you dismiss a company that you may not have heard of, you might want to know they're credentials. Bk Electronics used to make many of the parts that went into REL subwoofers (can't confirm wether it was drivers and/or amps), right up to the reference range. So they know what they are doing. For just over £400 you can purchase the 'Monolith' direct from the website, obviously saving money. Though it is rather large. Banaman2
