Well just got back from my first Record Fair, there were about 4/5 stall holders, sadly no bargain bins which I was surprised about!

One stall holder had lots of new sealed MFSL & Music On Vinyl LPs for £10 each........bargain!

Went to 7 charity shops today, one is renowned for it's vinyl stock, and I came home with nothing.

Anything good was out of my price range, including Are You Experienced by Hendrix at £75.

Some charity shops have really turned on to the vinyl resurgence and marked up ,

can't blame them but it's hard on us.

I have the CD which I've been listening to - any albums I really like I buy on vinyl too. At the moment, I still prefer Music Has The Right To Children and Geogaddi, but there's more time for it to grow on me - the other two did!

I have a used (but excellent condition) copy of it, and a still sealed Geogaddi. Most of my listening is via CD/Napster etc at the moment - when I have room to add a hi-fi system and my turntable gets set up, then I'll be indulging in a lot more vinyl listening! Special occasions though - I don't want to wear them out too quickly
