FFS why is so diffucult! cheers BBB

It might be ok Steve, but I thought I should bring it to your attention. I've cancelled my order (coming from the States), as I already have the CD, but I'll try to find some reviews of the other re-issue, then maybe get that if it's good.

Reading to the end of the Steve Hoffman thread, a few people bought the album and thought the packaging was great, and that it sounded better than the original.

To be honest, that doesn't surprise me. I have an original vinyl copy of "Live At The Albert Hall", and the pressing is absolute shi-ite, virtually unplayable, so the Plain Records issue might well be the best there is.

Two car boot sales this morning, loads of great records, but it's getting harder and harder to get the bargains now.

David Sylvian - Brilliant Trees (Original pressing to replace my mid-price reissue) 50p

Kraftwerk - Trans-Europe Express (Original) £10

Black Sabbath - Sabbath Bloody Sabbath (Gatefold original) £5.50

Black Sabbath - Black Sabbath (Gatefold original) (£5.50)

All in great condition

BBB - it was the Plain remaster - im gonna give it a go

I'm considering it too as that seller has listed it again. I have doubts about the Art Vinyl reissue, I think the Plain reissue will beat it hands down.

Just had a wiz through some of the stuff you've bought since this thread started, I think you'll find plenty of stuff at a car boot to buy.

There's usually an endless supply of 80s stuff, quite a bit of 70s, some 90s, and bit of older stuff too, but you have to keep an eye on the condition, as some sellers have totally abused their records.

It's best to get to them early, well before the advertised start time, then you just have to have a bit of luck getting to the best records before all the dealers do, and don't be too polite, those arseholes never are, just ask people when they are unloading there cars if they have any records for sale.
