Unfortunately while wallpapering a wall I had put my lg 65 c1 screen down on my sofa and my puppy decided to jump on sofa and walk all over the rear of set, once put up back on wall I noticed a crack on the corner of screen and unfortunately it won’t turn on now so am in the process of looking for a new set it will mainly be used for gaming Netflix and general tv viewing.

I have a budget of around £1750 to spend and preferably want a 75/77 inch set can any one recommend a good one for my needs which will be a good upgrade from the lg c1

to me this is a hell of a lot of money on a TV that be out of date in 2/3 years time for a 70/75 inch If spending that sort of money (i would not and i can afford it ) Number one on the list would be a Sony next a Samsung and Hisense and maybe a LG that be it . There are Sonys around £1400 to 1800 75 inch Hisense has one at £650 Samsung around £800 foir the cheapist model For value it has to be Hisense you can buy two of those for the price of one Sony 75 inch . Personally i do not like large TVs myself as i do not put mine on a wall . So 50/55 is perfect for me

spending all depends on 1 gaming 2 home cinema 3 lottery win or pension money come through Any other reason ie keeping up with the Jones family next door. why spend that silly money on a TV ? we have 2 TVs here a 40 inch old Bravo Sony £80 s/h and a TCL 50 inch costing £250 new a year ago (still can be bought at £325 ) But we have a small one bedroom flat . Cannot see any reason why i would want anything bigger myself.
here.
