Would a Rotel ra 1062 sound good with my current setup?

My current setup is Kef Q 65.2 speakers driven by a very old rega brio amp - with a Marantz 67 cd player....

I've been offered the rotel amp for £299 - and as it would give me the ability to run an extra pair of speakers in another room -- i'm very tempted...

but wondered - would it all sound good together? - advice appreciated.

I used the rotel (2004) and I used to call it my little Krell! Superb Dynamic and will drive silly ohms speakers. The price is about right as long as it a minty, boxed and fresh batteries in remote control
