When my new TV arrives (37px80) I'm gunna be looking for a cheap option for boosting the sound. The LG HT902TB caught my eye for it's great price and 5 star rating, even though I had been looking at 2.1 systems.

Whilst looking at 2.1 system I came across this, http://www.kef.com/kht/wireless/home.htm.

It says it, 'can be used with most other brands' but 1) How do I know which brands (the LG HT902TB specifically)? 2) Are there any other similar systems like this?

'Wireless system is compatible with the full range of KEF speakers but also can be used with most other brands'

Basically the KHT Wireless system can be used with any receiver having preout sockets for the rear channels, and is compatible with most other brands of speaker, which is what KEF means here.
