Which Panasonic Blue Ray Player should I go for?

I am looking to buy my first Blue Ray and am considering the BD-55 or the BD-35. Looking at the specs the only difference seems to be the sound outputs? I am looking to buy a new Yamaha Surround amp at the same time so don't think I need the 7 soundputs that the BD-55 has? Is that correct?

I'm not sure whether it is worth me paying the £150 extra for the BD-55? Is it going to give me anything extra? Improved picture/sound qulaity etc?

Also is there anything else under the £400 mark that would be better?

I recommend you go for the BD-35 if you don't need the audio outputs (other than HDMI). Picture quality of the '35 and '55 is identical, and sound quality almost identical. I have the BD-35 and think it's excellent.

Thanks - If the audio outputs are the only difference then I will probably go for the BD-35, as I will use the HDMI for sound.

i have both, no difference, go for the BD 35!

YOU CAN NOW GET THIS MULTI REGION FOR DVD ND ALSO FOR BLU RAY TOO
