Which has better upscaling, the Denon amp or the Pioneer Kuro TV?

I have them both. Which do you think is better at upscaling to 1080p and which do think is better at de-interlacing, the Denon AVR-2310 or the Pioneer PDP-LX5090?

Pioneer TVs are some of the best upscalers around. Even Denon is renowned for its upscaling ability.
