where is my sky UHD box

I am really cheesed off here ! been waiting now 2 weeks for the UHD 2TB Sky Q box to arrive. First DPD refused to deliver the box ,because they say they could not find the address ( maybe they are blind or cannot read numbers. There attempts to deliver. They did not even bother to ask my next door neighbour where we are. Took some silly photo of the road . And what made things worse i was outside the same road waiting for them for two hours on two of the days and in the house at all times. I phones them at Sky and they said once the 2TB box arrives they will send it via Royal mail ( strange they sent the mini box and Sky stream that way . Why not the 2TB box ? The two other items arrived last Tuesday . Friday i phoned them and they said they still awaiting confirmation . yet i have received a email from them ,that it has arrived. Has anyone had any problems similar to this from them

This all started when they Sky sent the wrong box that i asked for ( later paid for it |) by a sky so-called tech delivery guy who also refused to look at my Dish ( as it was up the creek ie the LNB) unless he delivered the Sky standard Q box.. This been going on now for a month By the way Sky stream is crap do not buy it absolute rubbish . I have been a Platinum customer for 17 years now. I have to have Sky system as we cannot get Virgin .

Do you live in a rural location that’s difficult to find? That shouldn’t be a problem these days with satnav. DPD is one of the better companies.

Whilst I haven’t tried Sky Stream the whole concept of streaming is alien to me especially for time critical live events. It’s fine for films and the like and I do love my Apple+ box. But Sky / TNT is mandatory for sport.
