Over the boozy weekend, it's been:

Various LPs from The Beatles Complete Blue Box collection.

Having raved about the mono recordings it was a pleasant surprise to hear the early albums in expanded stereo.

Pop - Erasure

Yes - Pet Shop Boys

Famous Blue Raincoat - Jennifer Warnes (3x45 rpm version)

Lick My Decals Off, Baby - Captain Beefheart

Face To Face - The Kinks

Zen Arcade - Husker Du

Tonight's The Night - Neil Young

Tinseltown Rebellion - Zappa

And finally, to precipitate divorce proceedings:

Jazz From Hell - Zappa

Song X - Metheny/Coleman

A great vinyl-based weekend.

Howard Jones - Dream Into Action

This was £1 from the bargain bin.......it sounds absolutely fantastic the production is superb, everything sounds so clear on it, the drums and percsussion are so snappy - music aint bad either.
