What type of phone cable to connect Sky box to Telephone line

Sorry if this seems a daft question but i just wanted to check what type of cable i need to connect my sky hd box to the telephone line. I have lost the one that come with the box but also need one about 8m long. I have bought a normal phone line extension but then realised that the connections are wrong.

Any modem-type cable will do - you need one with an RJ11 plug on one end, and a standard BT phone plug on the other. Or you may find it easier to get an RJ11-RJ11 cable and an RJ11/BT phone plug adapter.
