What Hi Fi Staff : VDH Flat or Chord Silver Plus?

Sky HD and new Pana BD 55 to Pioneer 428XD via Yama RX-V1800. All cables will be 3 metres in length. Which will give me best picture and sound? Do not sit on the fence. I know the Flat just won best Hdmi, but price aside which is best? Thanks.

the VDH Flat gives a marginally cleaner image and it allows for a more detailed and refined sound.
