What Cable Talk interconnect cables am I using?

I think the purple ones are from the reference series, not too sure though.

I'm sorry, just can't take a lavendor cable seriously. Is that glitter on the plugs?

It does look like it doesn't it? I think he's ripped the plastic off the plugs with some pliers. Have you noticed how some plugs are ridiculously tight?

It's not quite the Monitor 3's. It's the Monitor 2's that I have. Your prompting led me to Google succesfully (this time) for a match.

There's a bloke on eBay Australia who's selling some Monitor 2's that look identical.
