What speaker cables?

I wonder who makes Amazon's cables. Their banana plugs look identical to my Sewell ones. Of course, a third party -or more- may make both, and who knows whether it varies internationally or otherwise...
I’ve no idea, but at one time I read that a huge percentage of cables (not just Hifi) come from only a handful of huge corporations. BICC was one of them, iirc.

Last year, at an audio show somewhere overseas there was a stand with literally dozens of fancy cables. They were a specialist manufacturer who customises cables to your requirements, so all you do is double the price and sell it to punters! I may have saved a picture, so I’ll look later. It rather burst the bubble of them being hand-made by craftsmen or women.

I'd imagine they sell a fair bit.
Might be an industrial manufacturer.
One thing's for sure, if was one of the posh brands, you can bet they wouldn't have copper clad aluminium cables in their own range (even if there was no sound difference).

I'm not the sort that searches the latest cables. I find one that works well with my system and leave it at that.

Over the past 30 years still have Gale speaker cables from Richer Sounds, Chord Odyssey (hardly ever used), Chord Silverscreen and now Atlas Equator.

Still use interconnects from the 1990s as well as my current Merlin Chopin.
I too, am not a big speaker cable enthusiast. Right now I'm using Auline 10 guage OFC. It's got a clear outer, thus the copper is quite apparent visually. That was the only 10 guage I could find on eBay.
My Silver Anniversary from 2007, the first speakers cable I ever bought is coiled up. I did buy a few meters of secondhand extra to join to my original lengths so that if and when I join it, I can run it round the edge of the room instead of making a lump under my brother's nice pure wool rug.😀
