I am listening to the album Legend the best of Willie Nelson.True country Legend and all round nice guy. He is a advocate for animal welfare, believes in gay rights and he lives in a self sustaining community in Hawaii where the houses use only solar power (another country legend Kris Kristofferson lives there too). My favourite songs of off this best of are On the road again, Crazy, City of New Orleans, Blue eyes crying in the rain, Me and Paul, Georgia on my mind, Pancho and Lefty, Highwaymen (by the country supergroup he was in), Blue skies, Whisky river, Seven Spanish angles with R&B singer Ray Charles and Bloody Mary Morning.

Just got back after one week in Rhodes.

Don't know if it makes any difference, but I changed the name of my Spotify play list from Macs Music to Real Music... not sure why really, I thought perhaps it might attract some more followers

That Sarah Blasko album is on my wish list, I think it could be her strongest yet.

I did see the mention of Ane Brun in concert and I would definitely be interested, just have to persuade Mrs Mac to accompany me!

Did you see my suggestion a few posts back for this artist?

I downloaded the free spotify app on my iphone and every time someone I follow adds tracks to their playlist I get a notification pop up .

With the free app I can only play music with random shuffle play but if I were to pay for the premuim service I could use all the normal spotify features .

I just logged in spotify on my iphone with the same spotify username and password I normaly use and everything was there but you can't access your full playlist , you can only play some selected tracks or set it to shuffle and it will play random tracks from the playlist ,but you only have a limited number of track skips .

Just checked on the PC, it's definitely there in messages, but can't access it. Will try with iPhone/pad.

Funny thing is, there are no limitations when using Spotify on my iPad mini!

I am listening to the Jazz album Worrisome heart by Melody Gardot. Think jazz of the 1940's & 1950's that would of been heard in a smoky bar room and you get the idea of what this album sounds like. Melody has one very beautiful voice. Great album to put on to unwind too. Highly recommend to all Jazz fans.

I'm now listening to the album Hoodoo by blues legend Tony Joe White (his music gets called swamp fox music a lot). This album came out in 2013 and is not as good as his earlier work but it is still an enjoyable album.
