My first ever forum post:

This afternoon, I listened to Elton John 17.11.70. I used to own this on vinyl (lent it to someone and never got it back) and came across the cd just before Christmas.

Great that it all starts off quite restrained and by the end everyone is going crazy!

Black Debbath, a Norwegian heavy metal band who have a laed singer who bears a strong resemblance to Ozzy. The vocals are a mix of Norwegian and English. They mix metal with heavy metal with minor excursions into prog metal and you coudl either call it enthusiastic, like Spinal Tap or just plain bonkers.

Just got this this evening.

Interesting fusion of sounds. The last three tracks are worth it alone:
Exegenesis: Symphony Part 1, 2 & 3. Part three sounds like it has Arvo Part Spiegel im Spiegel mixed in!

Perhaps I need a better CDP because I always thought the bass was too heavy on the Santana solo albums on CD.

suppose it's like most cd's ... a few good tracks and some not so good ... also depends in what mood you are ... I enjoy it but only listen occasionally ... if you have spotify or one of the other programs ... listen first before deciding to buy....
