Hi,would these speakers be ok close up to a wall,say 6 to 8 inches? Thanks

since they moved the air duct to the rear, i dont think so.

Ye they will be ok if you bung the sponges in.

I have some Monitor Audio RX1's and they are boomy without the foams, I also have some Wharfdale 10's unopened as they were free with an Arcam Solo so I must admit I have never tried them
