vtuner has been down since christmas eve

Just to let you all know that people with the older Denon Marantz units or any unit currently using vtuner, the platform has been down since christmas eve, so it is right across the board and I believe it is world wide, I have heard they have located the fault, and the servers are based in New York I think, not New Work which I had earlier, thanks

They won't just have servers in New York, as it's not the '90s anymore.

They'll use a CDN provider (or they'll of built out their own, though unlikely) that will have local servers in data centres all over the world/areas they serve.
