If I am using SKY HD box and PS3 with DAV-IS10 I would need to feed audio to the DAV-IS10 from the PS3 with an optical cable right? But the same goes for the SKY HD box as well I think.

Is there a way to get round having to continually poke round the back and swop the two optical cables around?

Not got a PS3, but I assume from the question that there are no co-axial outputs that you could use from either the Sky box or PS3?

Otherwise I have seen that there ARE optical spliters out there. Not cheap and I don't like the sound of the principal myself, but if its what you need, then it's what you need.

I'd also like to know the answer to this one! I really like the look/sound of the DAV-IS10, but I'd like a proper HD player and be able to connect that (probably PS3 or BDP300) AND the Sky box (and, ideally, a Wii) to it. Is that possible?

Clare said the DAV-IS10 has optical, coaxial and analogue inputs - but I'm not sure what that means in terms of what could be connected to what.
