Hi!

Noob question in coming.

I'm setting up my HiFi for the first time. I have some Chord banana plug ended cables going into a Audiolab 6000a.

Can I just put these straight in? The size of the plug seems to be very similar to the hope but it's not going in easy and I'm concerned in going to break it/doing it wrong?

Do I need to remove part to widen the hole (seem some vids about this??)

Please see pics. Huggge thanks to anyone who knows what I should be doing here

Yes just push them in. Those wire bits on the side are designed to bend and create a tight contact.
The bits that normally need removing are little plastic plugs that block those holes, yours have already been removed.

Hey cheers! You're been massively helpful during my first venture into the HiFi world, all the advice is greatly appreciated.

I've gone for for a pair of Bronze 2's with an Audiolab 6000a if you were interested, ha.

Cycled 40mins home with the amp because couldn't wait to put it on, loving it!

Thanks again
